Paper Summary Requirements: No old growth fiber, 100% recyclable, 40% minimum of PCW and specific ID requirements.Reusable DefinitionMade of cloth or other machine washable fabric that has handles, or a durable plastic bag that is at least 2.25 mil thick with handles and is specifically designed and manufactured for multiply use. The bag shall not contain lead, cadmium or any other heavy metal in toxic amounts.
Stores Affected: “Retail Establishment” means a licensed business located within the City of Bisbee that provides one or more consumer items to its customers intended for off site use or consumption. For the purpose of this Article, any restrictions imposed upon a “retail establishment” shall be equally applicable to the employee, manager, etc.
Fees: Paper Fee: $0.05 per bag
